COMPONENT QUALITY ENGINEER (CQE)
Job Responsibility:1) Planning the incoming inspection and testing scheme of mass production materials,maintaining the testing standards, guiding the implementation of inspection andtesting work, and timely and effectively adjusting the testing scheme to ensure thatmass production materials meet the requirements of design, mass production andmarket quality;2) Control of material anomalies in the mass production process, lead the decision-making of non-conforming products, and promote the improvement and preventionof problems; Participate in new material quality follow-up;3) Participate in material supplier selection, audit, evaluation and elimination (qualitydimension), monitor and timely push supplier quality level to meet companyrequirements;4) Test planning and verification of the products after the batch failure of marketmaterials, and promote the improvement and improvement of material quality.5) Timely trace and check the testing system and scheme for material major anomaliesand incoming material errors and omissions, constantly improve the testing level ofinstrument personnel, and optimize the testing scheme.Job Requirement:1) Bachelor degree or above majoring in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (FreshGraduates are welcome to apply);2) Have a deep understanding of mobile phone materials, familiar with the workingprinciple, manufacturing process and industrial development trend of materials, andhave a good understanding of material standards and reliability standards;3) Good quality awareness and logical thinking, good communication and coordinationskills, Good learning ability and focus on teamwork and also able to work underpressure;4) Fluent in English or Mandarin;5) Willing to do Business Trip across Indonesia
