Job Responsibility:
1) Planning the incoming inspection and testing scheme of mass production materials,
maintaining the testing standards, guiding the implementation of inspection and
testing work, and timely and effectively adjusting the testing scheme to ensure that
mass production materials meet the requirements of design, mass production and
market quality;
2) Control of material anomalies in the mass production process, lead the decision-
making of non-conforming products, and promote the improvement and prevention
of problems; Participate in new material quality follow-up;
3) Participate in material supplier selection, audit, evaluation and elimination (quality
dimension), monitor and timely push supplier quality level to meet company
requirements;
4) Test planning and verification of the products after the batch failure of market
materials, and promote the improvement and improvement of material quality.
5) Timely trace and check the testing system and scheme for material major anomalies
and incoming material errors and omissions, constantly improve the testing level of
instrument personnel, and optimize the testing scheme.
Job Requirement:
1) Bachelor degree or above majoring in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (Fresh
Graduates are welcome to apply);
2) Have a deep understanding of mobile phone materials, familiar with the working
principle, manufacturing process and industrial development trend of materials, and
have a good understanding of material standards and reliability standards;
3) Good quality awareness and logical thinking, good communication and coordination
skills, Good learning ability and focus on teamwork and also able to work under
pressure;
4) Fluent in English or Mandarin;
5) Willing to do Business Trip across Indonesia
