Product Mechanical Engineer
Deskripsi
Job Responsibility:
1) Response and analyze production abnormal quickly; take care product in progress,
abnormal material, and risk products efficiently; ensure efficient and stable
production line for continuous production
2) Analyze and give countermeasure to top 3 issue according to the data from
abnormal report or system; Continuously improve Appearance Pass Rate/Total
Appearance Pass Rate, and Quality Acceptance Pass Rate
3) Lead all structural process problem analysis, and find the solving solution. Push the
improvement for future projects, and make sure that the same problem does not
happen again
4) Continue to optimize and improve the production process to ensure that the process
is more reliable and efficient, to ensure the consistency and manufacturability of the
product;
5) Continuously improve the process and reduce the process loss in the assembly
process;
Job Requirement:
1) Bachelor Graduate, prioritize from Mechanical Engineering background from well
known university.
2) Have a good understanding about mechanical structure, manufacture assembly
process, and jig.
3) Have a basic understanding about various electronic component.
4) Have a good sense of responsibility, serious work attitude, good communication
skill, and teamwork.
