Qualifications :
- Managing and coordinating research activities including data collection, interpretation, analysis, report writing, presentation and recommendation
- Produce property market research to enhance competitiveness of the firm by providing research based marketing analysis
- Providing in-depth analysis in consultancy assignments for wide spectrum of properties from neighborhood to large scale developments
- Assessing the marketability and financial viability of property developments
- Managing consultancy assignments including site and market field survey, market interpretation, analysis, report writing, presentation and recommendation
- Delivering a reliable consulting report and analysis in timely manner
- Conducting financial analysis to indentify financial viability of property development
- Bachelor’s or master degree from reputable universities majoring in real estate, city planning, architecture, economic, finance and other related disciplines
- At least 5 years experience in property business development and market analysis
