What are the Criterias for UPH- MT Candidates?
S1 fresh graduated from reputable university with min, GPA 3,00,
Excellent in analytical, communication skill and interpersonal skill,
Computer literate (MS Office),
Proficient in English (TOEFL > 500).
Demonstrate Godly Character.
Posess Spiritual Maturity
Voluntary involve in church or other religious communities
Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang.

What is UPH MT’s Career?
After On The Job Training for 1 (one) year, Management Trainees will be positioned as an Officer such as: Marketing Officer, HR Officer, Finance Officer, Operational Officer, Administration Officer, Buidling Mgt, Laboratorium Mgt officer, IT Officer, etc.
For those who have shown consistent exceptional performance and competence will be promoted to permanent staff.
