- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major, preferably in Psychology
- Has minimum 1 year working experience in a relevant position or field / fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Has working experience in education field, would be considered as an advantage
- Hands on administration of psychological assessment tools and able to conduct competency based interview
- Self-motivated but also a Team Player at the same time
