Job Descriptions:
Intern OCC:
- Regular reporting to Territory senior management, National Service Manager, and Online Community Managers from other Territories to adapt strategies and inform platform changes.
- Working with the National Service Manager and other members of the Territory management team to integrate WSE World into Service Operations, set community development targets, business targets, and measures of success.
- Managing the Territory community content calendar and action plan; creating synergies with the international plans.
- Sharing best practice and platform adaptation suggestions with Online Community Managers from other Territories.
- Maintaining a Territory community strategy, in sync with the global community strategy.
- Author, curate, review, and publish content such as discussions, blog posts, status posts, images, videos, newsletters, and/or internal communications in line with best practice, respecting copyright and personal image rights.
- Recognize and reward member contributions and achievements.
- Moderate and participate in online conversations to drive quality engagement in line with community objectives, enforce community rules, manage inappropriate content cases and complaints, and connect members to the correct support channels.
- Implement global community engagement campaigns or events the Territory takes part in; develop and implement Territory community engagement campaigns or events.
- Represent the culture of WSE World and brand values of Wall Street English in interactions in WSE World and in person.
Requirements:
- Student College in last semester
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Advance in Social Media (facebook, twitter, youtube, etc)
- Strong sense interpersonal skills
- Fast Learner, responsible
- Time of work: 20-25 hours per week
- Work days varies for every month, but for sure not on weekend.
