- Male / Female, max. 28 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Majoring Psychology/Law/Management of Human Resources
- Experience min. 2 years in the same position
- Strong competency in Human Development (Recruitment, Training, Benefit, Payroll, Jamsostek, Regulation Of Employment & Organization Development)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
- Having strong analytical thinking
- Mature, flexible and also good in human relation skill
- Good computer literate (Ms. Office, Data Base application)
- Fluent in English is advantage
