- Preferably have experience as a leader
- Experienced in managing and supervising the maintenance of office facilities and infrastructure effectively
- Able to analyze the cost of providing & maintaining all facilities and facilities supporting office and Business Unit activities
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Integrity, organized, punctual and detail oriented
- Willing to be placed in Kebayoran Lama area (South Jakarta)
