Deskripsi
- Minimum educational background of Bachelor of Finance and Accounting. MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position as a Finance Manager and at least 10 years of experiences in Accounting & Finance
- Experience in retail and construction industry preferred
- Experience in MSDOS and other ERP implementation projects preferred
- Good leadership and managerial skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build deep partnernships across different functions and departments
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Advanced Excel skills, strong understanding of data and experienced with Business Intelligence software
