Deskripsi
- Bachelor's Degree from Engineering, Metallurgy, Project Management or a related field are preferred
- Advanced/intermediate English skills are required
- Minimum 1-2 years (s) of working experience in the same field/as Technical Support at Foundry/Refractory Dept.
- Proven track record in professional technical support and assistance
- Understanding of the business relationship between manufacturers, distributors and end-users of metallurgical products and services
- Excellent consultation, negotiating, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Hard worker, eager to learn, and have a strong motivation
