- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Project Management or a related field are preferred
- Advanced/intermediate English skills are required, with a Japan speaker desirable
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the same field/as Sales at Foundry/Refractory Dept.
- Proven track record in driving sales revenue
- Having strong desire to work with and improve sales productivity, performance, and satisfaction
- Proven track record of building effective relationships with customer/principle/sales team
- Excellent consultation, negotiating, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
