- Bachelor of Master degree in HR Management or a related field
- At least 10 years experience in HR Business Partnering and Leadership, with a manufacturing background being advantageous
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationship and influence at all levels
- Proven track record of successfully leading change management initiatives within a company
- Good understanding and practical application of local employment law and HR practices and familiar with the emerging HR trends
- Self starter with strong people and project management skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem solving abilities
