Management Associate Program
CTBC Bank Indonesia Management Associate program is a stewardship program to prepare Bank CTBC Indonesia future leaders with multidimensional exposure within the bank, in the form of comprehensive in-class training, on the job-assignment, and mentoring programs. This program is designed to provide a solid foundation for a long term future in various businesses.
Requirements :
- Fresh graduate (Master degree) from a reputable local or overseas university
- Minimum GPA 3.25 (out of 4)
- Maximum age is 28
- Proficient in English – Written & Spoken
- Mandarin proficiency would be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic about learning, highly motivated, and committed
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
