- Leading teams of 8-10 / shift
- Able to guide team
- Physically inspect all machines
- Do improvements to achieve highest efficiency
- Do other projects if any
- Create WO for Team
- Verification of team work results
- Monitor safety in the team

- Hardworking, high performer, self starter
- Full WFO located in Cikarang
- Experience in leading team
