Job description :
- Anything and everything related to Site operations run smooth
-Ensure all machines are running well
-Ensure all equipment, spare parts, consumables needed are provided, counted, and planned for
-Ensure all warehouse projects / improvements are done in a correct manner and meet the goals/expectation
-Analyze machine performance uptime and breakdown, propose improvements and tests to create best practices
-Reduce downtime of machines by ensuring preventive actions are executed
-Keep Asset Tracking sheet in working order
-Assisting in manpower planning, hiring & training, scheduling
- Ensuring Business operations run smooth
- Helping in financial payments, tax records
- Helping in procuring/partnership activity
- Assist with customs, shipment & receiving of machines
Requirements :
- Hardworking, high performer, self starter
- Experienced in field of Operations
- Attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast past environment and meet deadlines
- Adaptive to constant change
- Willing to learn new things
- Basic English is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Exemplary analytic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
-Able to work as part of a global team
-Data presentation/Powerpoint is a plus
