Job description :
- Oversee day to day operation of the datacenter warehouse in Cikarang
- Ensuring all equipments are in working order and good condition
-Analyze machine performance uptime and breakdown, propose improvements and tests to create best practices
- Communicating the progress report to the Management
- Willing to be on-call weekends/late nights if emergencies happen
- Physically inspecting the cables, sockets, switches
- Able to troubleshoot root problems and provide recommendations for repairs
- Supervising 3 Shift Lead staff and dozens of other operational staff
-Assisting in manpower planning, hiring & training, scheduling
- Setting up and install hardware computers
-Physically in good condition
Requirements :
- Hardworking, high performer, self starter
- Years of prior experience in site supervisor/managerial roles
- Able to work in a fast past environment and meet deadlines
- Adaptive to constant change
- Experienced in IT field is a plus
- Experienced with MEP (electricity, servers and construction)
- Basic English is a plus
- Excellent written, spoken communication skills
- Exemplary analytic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
-Able to work as part of a global team
