JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Conduct Initial site survey and data gathering
- Conducting design development and required drawing
- Preparing material and specification list, review with Project Manager for Implementation and sourcing
- Preparing equipment orders and BOG
- Checking and Monitor production of equipment and interior element
- Supporting coordination and communication with all related partles in project preparation and fitout process
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design with min GPA 3.00
- Minimal 1-2 years of experience in retail design & project dept. / design firm/Interior contractor/retail building developer
- Proficient in Photoshop, Sketchup, 3D Max, and technical drawings with AutoCAD
- Having M/E knowledge will be an advantage
- Excellent communication in English both written and verbal
