Responsibilities:
Analyze critical position needs, develop and implement employee succession pro- gram in order to ensure that every need is in accordance with competence, as well as manage the employee talent development process (talent management) for frontline employee
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related major
- Having at least 2 year experience in related field, especially retail industry
- Experienced in Learning & Development, Talent Development, and Change Management
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Strong in analytical thinking, communication, business acumen, problem solving, and decision making
- Willing to mobile
