Responsibilities:
Supervise Recruitment and Personnel unit in Retail Operation division including designing the matrix of recruitment selection, signing the work agreement, coordinating employee ad- ministration activities; Assessing performance of all direct subordinates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology/ Law/ Management
- Having at least 5 years experience in retail industry
- Good competence in Human Resources Management, Job & Motivation Management, Interviewing Skill, Interpersonal Skill, Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Experienced in using HRIS and excellent in administration
- Strong in communication, detail-oriented, receptive, open minded, integrity
