Responsibilities:

Supervise Recruitment and Personnel unit in Retail Operation division including designing the matrix of recruitment selection, signing the work agreement, coordinating employee ad- ministration activities; Assessing performance of all direct subordinates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology/ Law/ Management
  • Having at least 5 years experience in retail industry
  • Good competence in Human Resources Management, Job & Motivation Management, Interviewing Skill, Interpersonal Skill, Problem Solving & Decision Making
  • Experienced in using HRIS and excellent in administration
  • Strong in communication, detail-oriented, receptive, open minded, integrity
