Responsibilities:

Perform recruitment-related administrative tasks (proposal to hire, offer letter, employment agreement)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Min. GPA 3.00)
  • Having at least 1 year experience as Recruitment/Head Hunter, preferably in retail industry
  • Accustomed to look for sales marketing
  • Mastering psychological assessment and interview skills
  • Persistent, self-driven, and proven to work independently • Can work under tight timeline and deadline
  • Willing to do walk in interview out of town
