- ACCORDING TO THE ACTUAL SITUATION IN INDONESIA, REGULARLY COLLECT AND SORT OUT INFORMATION RELATED TO HUMAN RESOURCES,IMPROVE THE CORRESPONDING PERSONNEL SYSTEM AND PROCESS, AND PROVIDE REASONABLE SUGGESSTION
- ESTABILESH A HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SUITABLE FOR INDONESIA, INCLUIDING RECRUITMENT, TRAINING, PERFORMANCE, COMPESATION AND EMPLOYEE DVELOPMENT
- RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPANY'S INDONESIAN COMPANY PERSONEL RECRUITMENT, TEAM BUILDING, SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION AND OTHER RELATED WORK
QUALIFICATIONS
- CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS AT LEATS BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY/MANAGEMENT/COMPUTER OR EQUIVALENT
- REQUIRED LANGUAGE(S) : MANDARIN & ENGLISH IS A MUST
- UNDERSTAND THE HR FUCTION AS A WHOLE
- FLEXIBILTY AND ADAPTABILITY TO JUGGLE OR DIFFERENT TASK
