  • ACCORDING TO THE ACTUAL SITUATION IN INDONESIA, REGULARLY COLLECT AND SORT OUT INFORMATION RELATED TO HUMAN RESOURCES,IMPROVE THE CORRESPONDING PERSONNEL SYSTEM AND PROCESS, AND PROVIDE REASONABLE SUGGESSTION 
  • ESTABILESH A HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SUITABLE FOR INDONESIA, INCLUIDING RECRUITMENT, TRAINING, PERFORMANCE, COMPESATION AND EMPLOYEE DVELOPMENT
  • RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPANY'S INDONESIAN COMPANY PERSONEL RECRUITMENT, TEAM BUILDING, SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION AND OTHER RELATED WORK

QUALIFICATIONS

  • CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS AT LEATS BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY/MANAGEMENT/COMPUTER OR EQUIVALENT
  • REQUIRED LANGUAGE(S) : MANDARIN & ENGLISH IS A MUST 
  • UNDERSTAND THE HR FUCTION AS A WHOLE
  • FLEXIBILTY AND ADAPTABILITY TO JUGGLE OR DIFFERENT TASK
