- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology major and have a Assessor License
- Master's Degree in Psychology and has a Psychology Practice License (SIPP)
- Minimum 2 years experience as Talent Management/Recruitment/Asessor
- Have a good knowledge about asessment tools, talent management and competency management
- Have an understanding of multi-finance business is a plus
- Willing to work at Sunter - Jakarta Utara (Head Office)
