Handle training and development for retail team (frontliner)
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any major from reputable university
- Having at least 2 years of working experience in training and development
- Capable to create several curriculum programs in order to achieve the main goal
- Fluent in English (Oral and Written) (Mandatory)
- Willing to travel around Indonesia
