What we offer:
- Formulate adhesives, coatings, and sealants towards product profiles, focused on completion within short and long windows of opportunity.
- Prepare, deploy and manage Product Development Projects through accomplishment, including bench work and pilot sample preparation as necessary.
- Build and strengthen relationship with customers (may need traveling) not only to solve problems, but also proactively collect market and customers' demands and evaluate needs for new products.
- Provide the Product Development portion of technical support as needed to other functions such as Sales, Marketing, Technical Service and Manufacturing, etc.
- Complete filing of patents to protect the intelligent property of the company.
What we are looking for:
- Fresh graduate and have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree--or above--in Mechanical Engineering/Electronic Engineering/Industrial Engineering
- Minimum GPA is 3.0 out of 4.0
- Self-motivated, result oriented, dedicated, and driven to succeed
- Analytical thinking, innovative and positive attitude, project management capabilities, and good command in English.
