Job Requirement:
- Having experience in the same position is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Understand networking and its troubleshooting
- Understand Linux OS and its troubleshooting
- Min. Diploma majoring in IT
- Minimum 1 year experience as a field engineer (preferably)
Job Description:
- Making work reports related to problem solving, product demos, and others
- Identifying technical problems and the solutions at the customer
- Able to analyze technical problems at the customer and the solutions
- Conduct regular visits related to technical support at the customer
- Familiar with Mikrotik, Cisco, Juniper
- Mastering switching-routing installation and configuration, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, DHCP, etc.
