Job Description:

  • Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications
  • Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
  • Apply effective communication strategies 
  • Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Required age is between 25-30 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economy from reputable university
  • Possess good ability to use computer (Microsoft Office or related programs)
  • Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for 2 years
  • Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated capability to work in team or independently.
  • Highly responsible with good initiative, deadline and able to work under pressure.
  • Possess good analytical thinking & strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions.
