Job Description :
Sales & Marketing : expansion area to find new customers, maintain existing customers, improve service levels to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction
Planning & Dispatch : Planning and managing orders, maximizing supply trucks in all loading areas, monitoring truck trips and maximizing consignment
Operational :Directing and developing drivers, providing training, couching and monitoring to improve competency, expertise and performance of drivers
Requirement :
- At least bachelor or master degree from reputable university with min. GPA 3.0
- Sales & Marketing : any major
- Planning & Dispatch : any major of Engineering
- Operational : Psychology, Human Resources Management or any major with passion to handling people
- Max. 27 years old
- Max. 2 years working experience
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Good in English speaking and writing
- Excellent interpersonal skill, strong leadership and ambitious
- Strong conceptual and analytical
- Willing to be located in all branches of Siba Surya
- Active in organization or other social activities
