2. Requires minimum One year of experience related to Talent Management or General HR area
3. Must be able to work independently, comfortably multi-task on a wide variety of projects, be able to collaborate with colleagues and follow through with minimal supervision
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, with a high attention to detail
5. Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
