Sales Executive

Job Descriptions:
- Report to Branch Manager
- Achieve individual sales plans, team target and budget in all trades .
- Identify and develop potential new business and maintain existing customers with good conduct of services
- Plan sales calls and visit 12 target accounts per week
- Coordinate and cooperate with principal and counterparts, also with other departments
- Focus on customers-oriented services with full integrity by quick response in handling claims and damaged/repaired container; information update, i.e. service changes, rate increase, new surcharges; and full utilization of resources (computer, telephone, fax, etc)
- Monitor market and competitor activities – to be reported during weekly meeting
- Control booking within allocation, monitor timely release of BL, and minimize outstanding freight
- Prepare monthly equipment forecast and specific account report
- Prepare weekly sales activity report and top 10 account performance
- Follow up long-stay containers and report it to Managers
- Sales/commercial related activities
- Work in Medan
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Have personal car with valid driving license (SIM A) for sales visit
