JOB DESC
- Learn business lines and make observation about methods, procedures and standards used in department.
- Make an analysis process between ideal conditions of business process implementation.
- Enggaged in a project that has been prepared.
- Create and compile presentation for evaluation with management.
- Attend mentoring & coaching & counseling process.
REQUIREMENTS
- Maximum age is 27 years old.
- Candidate must process at least bachelor’s degree in any major .
- Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia.
- Active in organization.
- Goal-getters, positive mindset, integrity & resilient.
