Key Qualifications (Primary Role)
l Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro
l Strong and fluent editorial techniques through storytelling, timing, pacing, basic knowledge of color correction tools, and attention to detail
l Creative, initiative, and resourceful individuals capable of empowering themselves through self-development, self-motivation, and self-exploration
Desired Qualifications (Secondary Roles)
l Familiar with other video/photo/audio editing platforms (i.e Motion / Final Cut / After Effects / Photoshop / Lightroom / Audition)
l Motion graphics and sound editing experience are a plus
l Familiar with operating and handling DSLR / Mirrorless cameras (having your own camera is a plus)
l The ability and willingness to learning new things and working outside of your comfort zone
l Willingness to travel for business development, videography projects, etc.
Specific Requirements
l Fluent in English
l Have flexible hours
l Adequate internet access at all times for remote team collaboration and video conferences
l Reside in/near West Jakarta and/or have the means of transportation to do regular in-person meetings and collaboration
l The ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision
l The ability and willingness to learn and try something new
Salary (Probationary Full-time) : IDR 4,000,000
Salary (Regular Full-time) : To be determined based on Performance Evaluation
