Essential Functions of Human Resource Application Consultant are guides and translation client’s requirement for software request into a detailed plan (blue print). This duties include advises alternatives, analyzes project proposals, correction, problem solving, and solution continuously. Human Resource Application Consultant also read manuals periodically and learns how to develop software that meets client requirements. Human Resource Application Consultant should:

-          Define and document detailed functional business requirements

-          Identify potential solutions and provide input to issues or risks

-          Analyze and correct problems involving client’ needs

-          Maintaining and support to client includes technical advice, creating reports, data analysis and correction

-          Preparation and education of client for installation software

-          Plan projects and schedules and balance multiple projects

-          Act as strategic partner with client

-          Consult with management to ensure agreement

-          Understand changing business needs and how technology can assist

Requirements:

-          Candidate must be possess minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineer / Management or equivalent with min GPA 3.00

-          Having excellent interpersonal and teamwork skill

-          Communication and presentation skill

Good communication and written in English and Bahasa
