JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a half year structured training program involving class room, on-the-job learning and coaching by subject matter experts with an objective of developing necessary knowledge and skills to pursue a career in banking mortgage business. A successful trainee will be ready to perform the role of Mortgage Sales Specialist advising clients on property, property brokers, and mortgage solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Max age 25
- Minimum S1 preferably from reputable university with Engineering / Economic / Management major
- Min GPA 2.75 of 4.00
- Interested in property sales role
- Good business acumen, analytical, and problem solving ability
- Attractive personality, with good command of English, both written and verbal
