People Development Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Perform performance appraisal, people development evaluation, and career path.
  • Working closely with all leader to ensure that you are aware of current employee issues within the area.
  • Builds collaborative and consultative relationships with leaders and HR peers to understand the current and future business challenges to design effective development programs.
  • Measure and analyze data and conduct gap analysis to identify trends, successes and/or areas of risk (e.g. exit interview data/statistics, development needs, etc.) to recommend appropriate action.
  • Assist and consult on each function’s KPI development and maintenance.
  • Analyze and formulate employee benefits.
  • Doing counseling for employee and making counseling report.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in Psychology
  • Minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in same / related position
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have willingness to travel around the branches
  • Proactive and adaptive
  • Have a good numerical ability, analytical thinking, and attention to details
  • Have an excellent knowledge using Ms. Excel and Google Spreadsheet
  • Fluent in english
