Perform performance appraisal, people development evaluation, and career path.
Working closely with all leader to ensure that you are aware of current employee issues within the area.
Builds collaborative and consultative relationships with leaders and HR peers to understand the current and future business challenges to design effective development programs.
Measure and analyze data and conduct gap analysis to identify trends, successes and/or areas of risk (e.g. exit interview data/statistics, development needs, etc.) to recommend appropriate action.
Assist and consult on each function’s KPI development and maintenance.
Analyze and formulate employee benefits.
Doing counseling for employee and making counseling report.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in Psychology
Minimum GPA 3.00
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in same / related position
Maximum 30 years old
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Have willingness to travel around the branches
Proactive and adaptive
Have a good numerical ability, analytical thinking, and attention to details
Have an excellent knowledge using Ms. Excel and Google Spreadsheet
