JOB DESCRIPTION:

Management Trainee is a development program prepared by Adira Insurance for fresh graduate or less than one year experience candidate. In this program, participant will be given not only a comprehensive knowledge about Adira Insurance and the insurance industry itself, but also soft competency that will help them to develop themselves. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Diploma IV graduate
  • Open to any major but science, technic, psychology, and communication major will be more preferable.
  • Minimal GPA 3.00
  • Max. 25 years old for Bachelor or Diploma VI graduate and 26 years old for Master graduate
  • Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
