- Max. age 29 years old
- Have a good communication
- Computer literacy, familiar with MS Office
- Willing to be place at Sudirman, Jakarta
Job Responsibility :
- Conduct recruitment & selection in order to achieve man power fulfillment
- Establish standar operating procedures that is related to recruitment and selection from man power planning requisition until induction training for new join
- Establish selection test and give advice to user
- Prepare a monthly report
- Conduct training need analysis, and prepare the training planning
- Assist line managers in accordance to developing their subordinate
- Involve in many corporate events to ensure condusive working environtment
