Responsibilities:

  1. Create Sales Order & input to system
  2. Follow up Purchase Order from customer
  3. Create supporting document for project/tender
  4. Report sales achievement weekly & monthly
  5. Controlling payment from customer (A/R)
  6. Filling document

Requirements:

  1. Hold university degree from Economy, Acounting or Secretary
  2. Fresh graduated/experience minimal 1 years as Secretary/Economy/English Literature
  3. Communicative & representative person
  4. Excellent Microsoft office
  5. Good correspondence in English
