Job Description :

  • Responsible for recruitment process for all levels by using variation recruitment channels, validating profile, conducting interviews, perform background check, negotiate in salary, joining process formally, etc.
  • Assist in Development and Implementation of HR Policy and Procedure
  • Review and Monitor the employee attandance regularly
  • Verify Human Resources information record and compile for monthly/ quarterly report
  • Handle HR Activity : BPJS registration, leave balance record, maintain update personal files and employee database
  • Coordinate with other departments for performance evaluation process

Job Requirement :

  • Preferred Experience in Human Resource Supervisor Position
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Good communication skills, team player and can handle counseling
  • Deep knowledge of Training, Recruitment,
  • Deep knowledge of Labour Law in indonesia.
  • Having experience design for SOP, Job Desc and Organization Development.
  • Understand BPJS Health and BPJS Employment Process
  • High level of Interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential matters
  • High ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines

General Requirement:

  • Male/Female
  • Age : 28 - 40 years old
  • Education : min. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) from HR Management, Law, Psychology with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position
  • Being able to join in short notice is an added advantage
