Job Description :
- Handle incoming calls, provide information & solution for all customer needs
- Perform and follow the rule/ SOP in Call Center and in Company
- Registration, distribute and follow up cases to other related unit
- As well as assist to fill customer needs and maintain our services excellence
- Report directly to Call Center Supervisor
Job Requirement :
- Preferred Experience in Call Center Position
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Computer Literate (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet) and have good writing and typing skills
- Good communication skills
- Highly motivated, trustworthy, discipline, service oriented, and team work
General Requirement:
- Male/Female
- Age : 21-33 years old
- Education : min. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum of 1 year experience in similar position
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
- Being able to join in short notice is an added advantage
