Job Description :

  • Handle incoming calls, provide information & solution for all customer needs
  • Perform and follow the rule/ SOP in Call Center and in Company
  • Registration, distribute and follow up cases to other related unit
  • As well as assist to fill customer needs and maintain our services excellence
  • Report directly to Call Center Supervisor

 Job Requirement :

  • Preferred Experience in Call Center Position
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Computer Literate (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet) and have good writing and typing skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Highly motivated, trustworthy, discipline, service oriented, and team work

General Requirement:

  • Male/Female
  • Age : 21-33 years old
  • Education : min. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in similar position
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
  • Being able to join in short notice is an added advantage
