Job Description:
- Responsible for secretarial things (scheduling and calendars, handling telephone and meeting, document filling).
- Prepare and manage correspondences, reports, and documents.
- As communication window, to provide information between superior and other internal or external stakeholder.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of any major from reputable University with min GPA 3.00.
- Age maximum 30 years old.
- Have experience as Corporate Secretary and/ or Personal Assistant minimum 1 year (fresh Graduate are welcome).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent skill in English, both written and verbally.
- Good interpersonal skill& personality, excellent in communication, strong motivation, loyal & commitment, and multi-tasking.
- Place in Tangerang and Pluit.
