As the company Ambassador, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and experience that are hallmarks of our space. Your warm, personal attention provides a memorable first impression for guests of our space, making them feel welcome and valued.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Centre Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
- Consistently looking fabulous and excited about life, people, community and the place
- Has a real love for the well-being of the other people
- Able to communicate effectively and has an endearing smile
- Able to write effectively through formal and informal channel (email, whatsapp, sms)
- Assist members regarding the space, memberships in an informative and helpful way
- Have knowledge of all the services we offer
- Follow company policies, procedures and service standards
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must possess minimum Diploma 3 degree
- Active on social media (Facebook, Instagram)
- Female, min. 165 cm
- Max. weight 60 kg
- Preferably not wearing hijab
- Fluently speaking English
- Previous service and/or sales experience would be an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
