- Responsible for the daily production of a team;
- Actively coordinating with related department to complete all given production tasks;
- To minimize production time and waste, strive to achieve the target of labor cost. Guide and monitor to make sure everyoperator is working in a standardize way along with the WI;
- Monitor subordinate vise line leader and their operators to make sure that they are doing their responsibility and give evaluation respectively;
- Give training to responsible team member, organize technical training for the team member;
- Expedite sense of mission and achievement to increase workefficiency of the subordinates.
- Good Written and Oral Communication Skills in English, Chinese
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or two to four years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Brevet License A & B;
- Familiar with tax system (e-filling, e-Billing and SPT);
- Familiar with English or Chinese; is a plus point;
- Decisiveness, Stress Management Skills, Leadership, Excellent Organizational Skills;
- Attention to Detail, Speed, Accuracy, Computer Literacy,
- Superior Problem Solving Skills;
- Knowledge of Supply Chain and Distribution Management, Ability to Meet Deadlines;
- Supervisory Experience, Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes, Apprenticeship in Production Planning preferred;
- Passionate in production management work, have an agile mind, quick thinker, possess great execution skill;
- Preferably man with minimum diploma degree in Industrial engineer or other related major;
