Job Requirements:
- Male/Female, single, maximum 35 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree, all major, GPA > 2,75
- Min. 2years experience in the same positions and related field, preferred from fashion retail
- Have good leadership skills, active and problem solving skills
- Willing to mobile or ready for business trip to all area Indonesia (East / West)
Job Description:
- Achieve the sales target
- Visit and control all operational store
- Motivate all store staff to be more maximal inperformance
- Ensure the steps of good customer service as per the Five Step Customer Service Program are properly implemented within all stores
- Work with Merchandise Department to ensure that the correct merchandise selection is made based upon customer requirements and the sufficient quantities of anavailable stock to achieve estimates
- Report to Operational Manager
