Main Job Description:

  • Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
  • To take responsibility for being the first point of contact for all callers to the Customer Service Centre and ensuring that a high quality of service is delivered at all times.
  • To ensure that all calls to the Customer Service Centre are dealt with promptly, in line with agreed standards and targets.
  • Service Centre, identify customer needs, and utilising appropriate questioning and listening skills to identify and offer appropriate solutions.
  • To ensure that all computerised systems are used effectively to help process customer enquiries and accurately maintaining all records in a time critical environment.
  • Deal with all calls received within the Customer Service Centre in line with current
  • Service Level Agreements, policies and procedures.
  • Carry out all administrative tasks relating to the Customer Service Centre and any necessary follow-up work in relation to incoming calls.

Requirements:

  • Male / Female, 22-30 years old.
  • Minimum Diploma Degree in Communication / Public Relation from a reputable University with GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience as Customer Service Relation in Property Business.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated with spirit to learn new things
  • A reliable, ‘can do’ attitude and demonstrate a high degree of integrity
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as good as in a team
  • Excellent Communication skills in English and Mandarin, both oral and written is an advantageous
  • Computer literate of Microsoft Office Program (Ms Excel, Word, Outlook Express)
