- Handling customer by phone, email or fax
- Input data to NAV system
- Input data to Excel
- Monitoring work process and communicate
- Handling customer complain & filling document report for analyse
Qualifications :
- Educated to Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree any major
- Maksimum age of 28 years old
- Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a good ability to build relation with customer
- Good eager to work hard, honest, conscientious, and responsible
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Having tax knowledge would be advantage
- Able to work independently or in a team
