Project Manager
Deskripsi
Responsibilities:
- To supervise after the various construction sites across the country
- Inspection and Quality checking of materials used at the sites
- Checking of bills of various contractors / materials
- To get the project completed as per the specified timelines
- Lead construction management team for civil structural works, hard finishing and site development
- Coordination between contractors and designers for drawings and RFIs
- Generate reports, conduct meetings and review/ track schedules
- Prior experience in managing high rise building projects is mandatory
Requirements:
- Around 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor / Master Degree of Civil Engineering from top university (GPA 3.00)
- At least 5 years working experiences in respected field with developers/ consultants as team leader
- Proven track record of managing high rise building development projects
- Experience in financial evaluation of development site acquisition is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to communicate in English both verbal and written
