Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervising the safety and security of data (smoothness) and all activities related to work functions include system support, system analysts and data administrators
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of hardware
- Responsible for the maintenance of software and network
- Ensure software applications that exist in the division of finance, accounting, and parking used either in central or branch can function optimally
- Conducting periodic server maintenance
- Analyze Parking System installed in order to run / work as needed field
- Record and document all the analysis results attached Parking System
- Conduct training use of the Parking System
- Responsible for the data security and safety
- Provide data reports from each of the applications used in particular with regard to data processing
- Support towards the installation and settings associated with the application used
- Responsible for all the needs of tools / applications on the user interface-related
- Provide guidance / training to users about the difficulties faced in terms of both application and non -application
- Monitor the overall IT developments related to the need for enterprise information system to support the efficiency and effectiveness of work equipment owned by the company
- Make a weekly report to the direct superior
Requirements:
- Max 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from Infomation Technology (IT) minimum GPA 3.00 and TOP University
- Min 2 years experience in related field.
