- Min. 1 year work experience in a related position would be an advantage
- Have Training Need Analysis skills
- Skill in developing and conducting student training programs
- Have counseling skills
- Self-motivated but also a Team Player at the same time
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good analytical & conceptual thinking skills, creative & innovative
- Computer proficiency and familiar with the Internet
- Good communication skills
