- Age not more than 28 years old
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in IT
- Experience on Windows operating system, Web hosting, Linux operating system, and Google Apps
- Cpanel maintenance
- Familiar with PC hardware, Printers, scanners, computer peripherals, Mobile devices (iOS, Android)
- Understand Client PC connectivity - Ethernet, TCP/IP , switch, router, firewall and VPN
- Understand File server knowledge
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users
- 1 years+ experience working in a Windows & Linux environment
